When you create a StockBoard account we collect your email address and any information you choose to add to your workspace — watchlists, tickers, investment theses, scorecards, and alert preferences. We also collect basic technical data (such as log-in timestamps) needed to operate the service.

2. How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the StockBoard service to you: storing your workspace content, running the alerts and screens you configure, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Where it's stored

Your account and workspace data are stored with our database provider using industry-standard access controls. Market data shown in the app (prices, fundamentals, screens) comes from third-party financial data providers and is not personal data.

4. Your choices

You can edit or delete your watchlists, theses, and alerts at any time from within the app. To request full account deletion or export of your data, contact us using the details on this page once support channels are published.

5. Changes to this policy

StockBoard is under active development. As features change, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
