1. Research tooling, not advice

StockBoard provides research organisation tools and general market information — watchlists, thesis notes, screens, and sector/valuation data. Nothing in the app constitutes personalised investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on StockBoard are your own responsibility.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter into your workspace. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use StockBoard.

3. Market data accuracy

Prices, fundamentals, and screening data are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. We do our best to keep this data reliable but do not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness.

4. Service availability

StockBoard is under active development. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or updates.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of StockBoard after an update means you accept the revised terms.
